Dawn Chorus Wildlife Watch at Woodberry Wetlands -with Breakfast
Visit Woodberry Wetlands before the site opens to the public for the day, and watch the fantastic scene of dawn rising across the water, ending with a delicious breakfast.

This tour is led by one of experienced team, who knows the site and local nature well, and will be able to give you a great insight the wildlife at Woodberry Wetlands.
The walk circumnavigates the reservoir to give views from all directions and takes place on a flat, easily navigable surface and at a comfortable pace to allow plenty of time for discussion and questions. This walk does take place outside, so please do dress appropriately for the weather.
This event is suitable for ages 12+
Meeting point: Outside the main entrance gate on the New River path.
Please note that this is an outdoor walk, please do wear suitable footwear and clothing for the weather conditions on the day.
The gate will be locked prior to 7am, and a member of staff will open for access to this wonderful event.
Please arrive a few minutes before the tour commences.
This special occasion will end with a continental breakfast in the Coal House Cafe (included in the ticket price), with a hot drink, pastry and fruit juice.
If you would like to upgrade to a hot cooked breakfast on the day, your ticket counts to the value of £5 off a meal in café.

Access to the Coal House is via the main entrance at Woodberry Wetlands, via the New River Path, accessed via Lordship Road. Please check our visitor information page for further details and a map.

For events taking place outside of public opening hours, you will be met at the main entrance gate at the start time of the event.
To prevent disturbance to the wildlife at this nature reserve, dogs are not permitted (including dogs on leads) at Woodberry Wetlands except for registered guide and assistance dogs.
For the same reason, cycling on site is also not permitted. Bike racks are available outside the main entrance.
