Wildes Cheese

Cheese made by Philip Wilton in the heart of the city on an industrial estate in Tottenham, North London. Philip has created a fantastic range of excellent quality cheeses and they are very popular with cheese lovers all around. The cheese is made with milk from a single herd of Jersey cows that graze the fields of the Lune Valley in Lancashire. All cheeses are made with vegetarian rennet. website twitter

Craving Coffee

Rachel and Matt Ho are passionate about coffee and together they run a very popular cafe in Tottenham. They’ve been regulars at several markets around the area serving their specialty coffee, heart warming tea and delicious hot chocolates from their mobile cart. website twitter

Flour and Spoon

Roman is a passionate bread baker based in Essex. His bread is very popular and he sells out every week at the local markets he sets up his stall. He plans to open his own bakery in London this year. He prides himself on baking the old fashioned way, the way he was taught by his mother in Bulgaria. The bread is made with stone-ground flour from the best possible grains for consistent flour quality, sourcing wheat from local Essex farmers where possible, including family farms near Chelmer Mills. Prestige Bakery

Husband and wife Geanina and George, used to work at Flourish bakery. They set up shop last November in a small unit at Holcombe market where it’s difficult not to leave with boxes filled with cake. They sell cakes, pastries and savoury snacks. Best sellers are their sticky toffee apple cake, brownies and sausage rolls. website twitter

Single Variety (Sunday only)

Colourful jams and preserves made by Nicola in her South London kitchen. She uses seasonal fruit grown by local farmers for her products. Best sellers are her Jalapeño jam, strawberry jam and rhubarb preserve. website twitter

Jammy Val (Saturday only)

Valerie is very popular on the London Farmers markets where she has a weekly stall. She has developed quite a following in North London where she also supplies local cafes and shops with her jam, marmalade and salted caramel bars. She makes everything in her Walthamstow kitchen. According to some she makes the best strawberry jam in the world. She uses seasonal fruit to make her products and has a few interesting flavours including lime and fig marmalade and apricot and rum jam. website twitter

Fruit Magpie

The Fruit Magpie was featured in February’s Food Observer Monthly at number 17 as one of the fifty things The Observer loves in 2017. Hazel Griffith makes fruit cheese, a type of firm preserve, in her Tottenham kitchen with produce from local urban gardens and allotments. She is very passionate about reducing food waste and local food. All ingredients are grown without the use of chemicals. She has also won an Urban Food award in the proper preserves category in 2016. website twitter

Sophie Tang specialties are a fried chicken burger served on a brioche bun with Asian slaw and sriracha mayo, her vegetarian curries made with homemade curry paste and her rice paper spring rolls. Steven and Laura’s lamb, pork belly and goat sandwiches are very popular all over London. They use bread from Flourish bakery and meat from an RSPCA certified butcher and their food is influenced by flavours from around the world. website twitter

Recently they made The Metro’s top ten vegan food stalls list for bringing us their delicious pies and brownies. Their current best seller is their pie and mash. You have a choice three different pies ( curry, seitan and ale, all day breakfast pie), with a serving of mash and salad. Redemption is an award-winning urban craft brewery based in North London. At Redemption they are passionate about creating hand crafted beers which consistently deliver big flavours.
