Conservation & Warden Volunteers

Volunteering is a fantastic way to make a contribution towards protecting the future of your environment and its wildlife.

We have practical conservation volunteering sessions from Friday to Monday, from 11 Am until 4PM.

During these sessions you will be involved in the practical maintenance of the site which can include tasks such as managing the reed bed, the hedgerows and meadows present on site.

During the Spring and Summer there will also be landscaping and small carpentry tasks to do and the opportunity to get involved in surveying the site for birds, butterflies, moths and much more.

If you’re not so inclined for heavy physical work but still keen to help us out,  you can volunteer as a Warden.
